Prepared for The Dog Parq
01 Overview & Objective
This isn't built to look like a commercial campaign. It's built to look like The Dog Parq — professional, clean, and calm enough that a staff member can watch it once and know exactly what to do.
02 Creative Approach
Same toolkit for every topic — the treatment follows what each training point needs, not a fixed formula.
Controlled setups where a staff member walks through a procedure directly to camera.
Employee-and-dog handling shown in real time, at working pace.
Close-ups on hands, equipment, and cues that a wide shot would miss.
Used where a moment calls for speed over setup — without breaking visual consistency.

03 What We're Creating
A twenty-video training library, each one short enough to watch between tasks and specific enough to answer one question well.
One primary production day; 2–3 supplementary sessions added afterward only if needed to complete the series.
04 Production Workflow
Training points reviewed, organized, and translated into a shot-by-shot plan.
We film as much as possible in one day. Exact scheduling is confirmed closer to the date — a supplementary shoot may be added afterward if needed.
All ~20 videos edited, captioned, and finished as one consistent series.
Finished files exported and handed off, ready to use.
Pre-production happens before anyone picks up a camera, so the shoot day itself is spent filming — not figuring out what to film.
05 Scope & Responsibilities
Revisions & reshoots — light edit revisions (pacing, captions, small trims) are included as we finish each video. New footage or a reshoot — for topics added after the shoot day, or anything that couldn't be captured within it — falls outside this scope and is quoted separately.
06 Investment & Payment
Planning, content organization, training-point refinement, shoot preparation, and shot planning.
One on-site production day, filmed to capture as much as possible — direction, camera operation, equipment, and production assistance. A supplementary shoot is scheduled separately if needed.
Editing all ~20 training videos — captions, text callouts, B-roll, visual emphasis, sound and color consistency, and final exports.
Total investment is confirmed once the ~20 training topics and production scope are reviewed together, and paid in two parts:
Deposit on confirmation — begins pre-production and secures the shoot date.
Balance due after final delivery.
07 Next Steps
Confirm the topic list. Finalize the ~20 training points this series will cover.
Lock the shoot date. Set the production day and confirm staff and dog availability.
Begin pre-production. Once confirmed, the topic list turns into a shot-by-shot plan ahead of the shoot day.
